No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“Cold water scuba diver. Very warm suit but not true to size chart- runs very small. Hard to put on with front zipper. Hood has lots of velcro which is difficult to secure properly. The price is really great so it's hard to decide if it's worth being a little uncomfortable vs spending lots more for a better fit.”
