I ordered a size Small based on the Camero Sizing Chart (Male, 130lbs, 5feet 4inches). When I received the item, I felt it is uncomforably tight in the mid section. If you are doing long distance swimming you may want to go with a sleeveless suit for more range of motion.

Though it does have pretty good range of motion due to the raglan seam design, it does constrict a little at top end extension. I think either a sleeveless or a stretch neoprene shortie would be far better than this model for swimming. This is regular neoprene, not stretch.

This suit will be fine for non competitive, recreational swimming. If you are racing or doing aggressive long distance swimming I would look elsewhere since the upper sleeves will feel restrictive.
