Kayak trip. this time of year.. warm in cold water when wet suit is too much.

This shirt has warmer neoprene on the trunk and lighter material on the arms and it has a bamboo fabric lining on the trunk. It's great for pulling over a swim suit to keep your upper back warm in a cold swimming pool or with additional clothing in colder kayaking, etc. The decoration looks like spilled paint, but I think it may be intentional (or not)-it doesn't impact its use.

Windproof, keeps you warm when wet. Black back get very hot in the sun. Good sun protection

Amazing. 1st test, a swim in cold water...I was amazed by the warmth and comfort. Only when water crept in as I swam did I realize just how cold it was. The bamboo lining is so soft. The neoprene on the body is brilliant as a windbreak. This is such a versatile top. Warn alone in mild conditions I will probably now not need a cag. In cold conditions it will be a brilliant extra layer. No more being cold! And much more freedom of movement and less layers. Oh and I can now start swimming in the cold river earlier! Make sure, like wetsuits, that you buy the right size, tight fitting. I took a chance with a small size and it paid off.
