“I do water exercises in a pool with temperatures in the 60's. I tend to get cold very easily and so I use this as a layer to keep me warm during the 60 min. exercise. It is lightweight and mostly comfortable except for a little tightness around the neck. It may loosen up after more use...I was amazed at how much body heat this suit retains. I am happy with the purchase.”
