“I am 5'9" and 127 lbs. Because of small hips I usually wear a size 2. Because of the reviews I ordered a 4. They were so tight I had to send them back for a 6. The 4 fit my hips and legs, but were extremly tight in the waist. The waist is a higher waist. The 6 were slightly big in the leg and hip but still tight in the waist. If you are very small waisted these should fit you, but still order one size up then your normal. They are beautiful good quality capri's and I wish I could have made them fit.”
