“This is a very comfortable pack, and eliminates the need to carry two bottles of water while taking a short hike. The amount of water in the pack is sufficient for a short walk, hike or bike ride (around 2 hours). I am thinking of this item for my husband and daughter also (I think it is essentially unisex, even thought it states for women)”
