“I bought this item for my commute to work. Because I run part of the way in to work, I needed something to accommodate my work clothes, shoes, lunch, phone, etc. and there's plenty of room for that. I love all the compartments. There's a place for everything! Its appearance is attractive and I've received many compliments on it. It's a little longer than I like for my 5' height, and I was hoping it would feel a little cooler on my back during the hot summer months, but it doesn't. The straps are scratchy against my shoulders when wearing my running tanktop. I think if the straps were covered with a smoother fabric it would be much more comfortable. For winter, this backpack will be PERFECT, but for summer, it isn't the best.”
