Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

This is cut like a race jersey, so if you're layering, you'll need thinner pieces to fit under this. Sleeves are plenty long to keep wrists warm. Very warm fabric is fleecy on the inside, durable exterior. Campy makes nice clothing, and this is no exception.
