I wear a small and I feel it fits true to size. The arm holes have great range of motion. I swim and lift weights. I don't have big arms but broader shoulders I guess so most tops fit tight in arms and shoulders this is perfect. I am 5'4 and weigh 108 small on top 32 A

But I would have needed to size up 2 more times to be remotely comfortable in this thing. So short...and I am short. Too tight and because it was see through, was not very flattering. Too bad because I have been looking all over for a sleeveless bike shirt in a bright color like this neon orange.
