Neon Ugly, No Frills, Functional

This is a no frills jacket but highly functional for the price. The orange is more neon, day glow that it looks in the picture. I have to put it in the closet so those in the living room are not blinded. The elastic bottom rides-up, as any jacket with a tight band at the bottom will, and can not be adjusted. The cut is narrow through the chest, which helps reduce flapping noise while cycling. It packs up small enough to fit in biking jersey pocket too. Overall, great inexpensive biking jacket, and would be good for evening runs too, but it isn't as multi-functional as other windbreakers I've owned.
