    I tried these shorts for long rides with the club, they failed. Then I used them for commuting - thank God I have a short commute - 10 miles. Although they fit nicely, the pad is just not comfortable.

    These shorts were very comfortable. I wear the under my regular clothes as I'm a bit old to be seen in spandex! They are not too bulky and provided adequate padding on my recent 25 mile ride.

    Canari shorts seem to be too big. All my shorts are L and these are baggy. Perhaps, a M would fit, but they did not have any. Also, the padding is too thick.

    Shorts run very large. I have been cycling for years and usually always buy women's medium or large and have never had issues of them being too big. These shorts are not even tight on my legs I would say they run 2 sizes larger than normal if not more. On the plus side they are cheap and work great for short 25-30 mile ride.

    For the money, these were good shorts. My only concern initially was that the leg holes were too big and actually looked a bit stretched out even before I wore them. I was concerned that they would ride up my thighs when I rode. Fortunately, the elastic stays in place and the shorts did not ride up. That's why I gave them a decent rating (that and the low price).

    i like the way these fit...just under my belly button. the fabric is interesting...like it too. only thing is that the elastic on the legs is just a little too big. however, i find that if i fold the elastic under, although making the shorts a half inch shorter, the legs fit just fine. for the price, they can't be beat. bought 2 pairs and i'm glad i did.
