    These tights run true to normal clothes size. I have come to expect that bicycle clothes generally run small, so even though I am 6 - 8 in normal clothes, I ordered a medium. Well, in this case, I should have ordered a small. The tights are too long and too loose. The padding is very thick. Otherwise they are good quality.
