    Based on previous reviews I ordered one size smaller than I would normally wear for a pair of shorts. I'm 6'1", 185lbs, and 34" waist and I ordered a medium, which fit well. I recently purchased a road bike and am looking to bike much more often and longer rides. These shorts have a lot of padding, so if you're new to biking (me) or don't ride all that often then you will probably want to start with a well padded pair of shorts like these

    These were a great deal, I loved them and bought more (one for each day of the week). The problem is, after a couple dozen wash cycles the padding separates from the chamois and no longer stays where it belongs, basically making them worthless with less than a season of weekly use.
