Canari Vortex Gel Shorts (For Women)

The product, price, quality & service all met & exceeded my expectations. Great shopping experience that netted me a great pair of riding shorts!

These shorts are horrible...way too much padding and they make you look deformed in the front. Maybe this pair is just sewn wrong, but I have never had cycling shorts that make me look disfigured. Also, there is like zero compression in these shorts, which would be horrible for long rides. Very cheaply made. This pair of shorts have totally turned me off to Canari, and at the cost of shipping and return shipping I will not try a different cut/style of Canari shorts. I will stick with my Pearl Izumi shorts.

These shorts are very nice. The only problems is they are a little tight. I am not minding that they are, when i lose a little weight they will fit perfect. I am 140 pounds, 5' 4" and I ordered a medium. I would still purchase them in your regulat size though.

Shorts have decent enough padding. As others have said the elastic at the waist and legs aren't as tight as other brands. Overall the shorts feel a little looser than other brands. A pocket would have been nice. Got these marked down so I'm not too disappointed.

The shorts are comfortable, but the fit of the legs is strange, with wrinkles on the back of the leg. I will wear these for spin class, but would not feel comfortable wearing them to ride outside where I would be seen by many more people. I am keeping them because they were very inexpensive, and I do have a use for them. I have other Canari bike shorts that fit better and are much more attractive.

I loved the shorts but had to return them due to loose fitting legs. I usually wear a large but these were too big. Smaller sizes were not available. Bummer!

These are pretty good shorts. Not a whole lot of compression in the legs for the size, not an overabundance of padding. The sizes do seem to run a bit large.

1st time I ordered these I loved the fit and the chamois, but after riding in them found there was a crease in the chamois in a most inconvenient place. When I exchanged them for the same size they were enormous on me. Ordered down a size and now I think we've got it! Best thing about Sierra is their willingness to make it right and the ease in which they do exchanges.

These shorts run big; the sizing chart was not accurate. More significantly, although a smaller size fits in the waist and hip, the elastic around the leg is too loose to hold up leg warmers around my average-size thighs. Since I wear leg or knee warmers 3 seasons, the poor fit of these shorts will restrict their usefulness.
