I wore these for a short 12 mile ride around my neighborhood, and found the padding to be soggy and itchy instead of protective. Will not be wearing them again.

I am a 10 or a 12, 5'7'' and 155 lbs and bought a large. I found the liner a little hard to get over the hips, but although it was a little low rise it did stay put above my gut area throughout the ride.

The fit was adequate, but the chamois felt totally gross.

I bought these in hopes to find something slightly warmer than my Smartwool arm warmers. I use them both exclusively for bike commuting. These are definitely warmer than my Smartwool ones, and the fluffy "fleece-like" insides is very comfortable and soft. That being said I don't know my bicep measurement but the last 2 inches or so tends to slip down every 3 or 4 miles. Hasn't really been an issue with city commuting but I don't know how much that would drive me crazy on much longer rides. I plan on taking in the top elastic band just slightly in hopes that it will then "lock in" above my bicep where I'l like it to stay. I think I paid $6 and I would buy again...
