    These shorts should do a good job on a long or average ride. I am 65 years old with not a lot of natural padding left and the padding in these shorts seem more than adequate. They were a good buy, and I would recommend them.

    I was really excited about these shorts because they seemed to fit well and be fairly well built. They have straps to cinch down for a better fit. Lightly pulling on one strap caused it to completely come out of the sewn in seam. Right back in the bag to be returned. Disappointed I won't be able to get a replacement as these were the last in my size. I'm sure this was a rare defect.

    These shorts would be great for some MTB'ers but they didn't fit me very well. I can't explain the fit, just didn't "feel" right. And pockets, I need front pockets for before and after the ride. These shorts don't have front pockets.

    Great short form Can o ale, the insert is so sweet-and feels like the padding in $150 shorts. Hard to put the old Nxxx's on after buying these. Easy to remove liner.

    The first pair of these were defective but STP quickly sent out a new pair and they are great. My only complaint is that the inside bike shorts aren't removable. They are attached via a couple of straps that can't be undone. Other than that they have great padding and feel good.
