I also got him a larger size since I know carhartt runs a little tight/small. hes only worn it a few times so far but it was while it was raining and snowing and he was very pleased with how warm and dry he was! there is a long thread pull on the back but there was a tag that said irregular so I guess that's why it was a lower price and the hood covers it so my husbands not too bothered by it. overall a great buy and if you're not bothered by a little imperfection I would say this is the best way to go!
