    Almost everyone on a recent Elk hunt, except me, wore a Carhartt jacket because they are tough, warm and quiet in the brush. When I saw them at Sierra Trading Post for less than 1/2 price I ordered one for myself. My wife and I have not been able to find a reason for this jacket to be sold as a second. There is nothing wrong with it. Only suggestion is to make it in camo.

    I bought this jacket as a gift for my 6' 3'' 190lb boyfriend. I assumed he would need a "tall" fit, which in Carhartt terms apparently means fat. Everything fit great- shoulders, sleeves, length- except for the bulging mass of unnecessary fabric in the stomach region.
