“Although it was totally my fault for not looking carefully enough, I bought a factory Second without realizing it until I opened the box and saw IRR marked on the tag and jacket. I didn't know they sold seconds, so I wasn't looking for it, plus it was late at night and I had to call customer help to find the tall sizes. It was such a good price, I should have looked closer at the web site.”
