Carhartt Bib Overalls - Sandstone Duck, Unlined (For Men)

My husband is a boat carpenter and a life-long Carhartt wearer. Carhartt bib overalls are a must. They are extrememly durable and functional. The original duck fabric is always so stiff-even after washing. The sandstone duck - amazingly soft yet maintains the toughness he needs for work. It's our new favorite!

I do pottery so they have to hold up to repeated washings . They are tough enough for the long haul.

My husband will only wear Carhartt bibs around the farm. He also has a lined pair he keeps at work (mechanic)to wear on cold/outside days. Sierra makes it affordable to own several pairs.

Strap buckles are clumsy to handle

With out a zipped leg, they are a little tight getting on over boots, otherwise very nice product.

Carhartts are the best, most durable workpants I've ever seen. Sierra Trading Post has the best prices and the best RETURN POLICY of any retailer around imo. I still have some carhartt dungarees that that I have worn holes through the legs, but the triple stitched seam has never faltered. I still wear them when I'm working around the house. I now own about 11 pairs of Carhartts, and I am confident that I will never purchase another pair of workpants. That is not an exaggeration either.

Excellent product for all outside activity that it takes to maintain property and house. However, one needs to wear something underneath in cold conditions.
