Hood is a good size and has pull strings to conform to face. The fit seemed a little tight and stiff across the shoulders on the first try on and combined with the strips of velcro on the zippered flap, I almost returned it. An unexpected cold snap had me reaching for the jacket out of convenience and I've appreciated it more ever since. The stiffness and fit have become a non issue for me and I really enjoy wearing the jacket. The velcro still bothers me and i may try putting in buttonholes and buttons. The value was good for this cute jacket and I'm glad I bought it.

As I read the previous buyers I noticed one lady said it didn't cover her "back" area. My girl has plenty of that and it covers it well. Great buy overall.
