It is oversized and I am very happy since I wanted it for an intermediate weight jacket. This is every bit as well made as the Wolverine brand that has lasted me over 15 years. I'm hoping to get the same mileage from this one. The canvas outer shell really blocks the wind and the flannel liner is very warm. It was in the low 20's and windy today and this shirt with a long john shirt under it was all I needed to make my deliveries.

Answer The flannel seems a little thin, but yes, it is fully-lined all the way down the sleeves.

Answer Yes it is. I have searched high & low to replace a similar shirt with polar fleece all through it & down the sleev#s. This is the best I found. Beware it is sized extremely large. I ordered a medium instead of large & it was still 5"" too long in the sleeves & my wife & I can both fit inside at the same time. But that's not practical at work.
