    First of all I must state that the product does seem to be well constructed in what I percieve to be Carhartt fashion. I would not be surprised if Carhartt designated this entire run of product "irregular" due to two primary factors. First, it is unbelievably large and long. I usually am torn between L and XL shirts because of large chest and shoulders. I ordered a large in this case and, as I am 6'2", I also ordered the Tall version. This shirt could possibly fit Shaquille O'Neal as the sleeves were 38" and the waist was 50". Secondly, the lining of "flannel" is barely recognizable as that fabric because it is so thin and hard to the touch. I could find NO other flaws to place it in the "irregular" bin. This should could be worn over three inner layers and still be too large and long. Yes, it was immediately returned.

    I've gotten this shirt before, but it must not have been the "tall" model. This time I got an XL tall and it is huge - like a dress on me - and yet the other Carhartt canvas shirt I ordered in XL regular ended up having the sleeves too short... This flannel lined canvas shirt is rugged and durable (although the snaps tend to rip out at the cuffs). a great simple and warm work shirt if you can find the right size...
