    The pants fit well and I'm keeping them. They're well made, except for the random button holes sewn in error on the legs which are, fortunately, not terribly obvious (the stiching for the hole is the same color as the fabric, and the hole was not cut), but the low price on these pants is appropriate rather than the usual STP bargain.

    These pants are well made. The waist is a little bit big, but fits well enough and I expect it will be perfect after a few washes. The fit is otherwise great with a comfortable somewhat loose fit in the legs and a nice medium fabric weight. If STP offered more colors, I'd buy more!

    Even though they are seconds, I couldn't find any flaws. Carhartt is the best in the industry for the clothes they make for the person who works out of doors or with their hands for a living. Unfortunately for me, "loose fit" they were not (no butt room) and the waist actually measured 1" smaller than the advertised size. I'm a big guy so neither was a benefit to me - I returned them.

    I wear these pants most days when I'm either out and about or doing work around the house. I've been wearing these same pants for years and jumped at the chance to pick up two pairs for under $20 each. I can't find anything wrong with these pants other than the irregular stamp on the inside of one pocket. On average, these pants have put up with about a year of abuse on a construction site before finally breaking down (usually covered in paint). Under normal conditions, these pants last me for years. That includes camping, hiking and other assorted activities. I like the dual hammer loops. I can't tell you the number of times I have a hammer in one loop and an impact driver hung on the other. Why don't more pants make loops on each side?
