The canvas is really comfortable while still having a substantial feel. The fit is loose as described, these are NOT skinny-jeans!

I selected a lighter weight fabric thinking he would use them in the summer for yard work, etc. Turns out he likes the slightly lighter weight cloth better and says he's going to wear them instead of jeans. He put them on the next day and wore them all day and even into the evening when we meet friends for drinks and a bite to eat. The gray color looks nice and passes easily for casual wear. Marked as Irregular, but I couldn't find anything wrong with them.
