Early fall, late spring jacket for here in the Northeast. Good pockets, great when running errands, gardening. Liked it so much, I bought another!

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars. Awesome Fall/Spring Chore Jacket
Reviewed by Outdoor Adventures Gurl from Idaho on Tuesday, September 25, 2018
I've had this jacket for a couple years now and it works great during the Fall and Spring mornings when I'm out feeding the animals and collecting eggs. Nice and durable with large front pockets and great longer length that keeps you covered when you bend over and keeps straw from going down your pants. True to size for a Carhartt XS with room to layer underneath. The flannel on the inside is a nice touch that is nice and soft on your arms when wearing short sleeves underneath. You will want a Carhartt coat for during the winter but this works great for the in-between seasons.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars. Never received the order - finally got a refund

It was never placed in the package with 2 other items. When I initially contacted customer service the person kept telling me that it was delivered. Someone different finally figured out that it was never shipped. At that point the size and color I wanted was all gone. got a refund though.
  • 4.0 out of 5 stars. great lightweight jacket

Comfortable and sized right, this jacket gives you straight off the farm street cred. Its is more of a fashion statement that a sturdy coat to go slop pigs with, but that's all I expected. Not waterproof whatsoever, spray some scotchguard on it before you head out into a light mist.

About Carhartt

Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit.
