    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    It's a great coat in theory, but the XL fits like it was designed for a bulkier guy than I am--and I'm 6'2", 240lbs. I have to cinch up the elastic for it to fit properly or it sticks out in back. Because of this, I can't wear it for casual/cool/around town, which I wanted to do--the only thing it's good for is utility,
