4.0 out of 5 stars. Run small?Verified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from Virginia on Monday, August 18, 2014Seemed like a nice shirt and I would have liked for it to fit. I'm 5'6" and right now I weigh about 180, so maybe I really should have ordered an XL size, but this shirt seemed extra small for a Large. The arms wouldn't even go over my biceps, which are not exceptionally muscular or fat. So, you MIGHT consider ordering up a size from your usual, especially if you're hovering on the border between two sizes anyway. I returned it and appreciate that Sierra Trading Post has a good return procedure.

4.0 out of 5 stars. long sleeves, but...Verified Buyer Reviewed by Sock Crazy from ca on Thursday, May 1, 2014Similar to the flower patterned snap front shirt I also received, the sleeves are long, as noted in other reviews. Since most shirts I buy have sleeves that are too long, I expected them to be pretty darn long. The inside of the cuff is 'lined' with a complimentary shirt fabric. If I roll them up and expose this fabric, the sleeves are a tad long, but not bad. Pretty standard for me. Perhaps despite the way the snaps are placed, it was Carhartt's intent that the cuffs be rolled one turn? Just a thought. Like the overall quality and the colors.

4.0 out of 5 stars. Love this shirt!Reviewed by Les in HVAC from New York on Sunday, April 27, 2014This shirt is really cute with the snaps and styling and combination of floral print details with the plaid. Some have commented that the shirt is too small- you will notice that under the item's description it says this is Carhartt's "slim fit". Many other shirts listed are in the relaxed fit. I ordered the medium and it fits well without gaping at the bust. I am mindful not too throw this in the dryer too carelessly as it does have some stretch and seems it could shrink up. For reference, I measure 34-D and usually wear size 8 in blouses. I don't carry a lot of weight in my upper body. I wear this shirt at my current job on a construction site. It is not too short, which I appreciate as I am 5' 8".

1.0 out of 5 stars. PrepubescentVerified Buyer Reviewed by Anonymous from san jose, ca on Friday, April 11, 2014Review for Carhartt Style No. WS024
I wish I were dressed like a country girl right now, but not in this shirt.
Problem? The Medium in this number fits more snugly than other Carhartt Smalls that I'm wearing.
Could I just size up then? No, it looks awkward! An undersized neck narrows the fit on these shoulders, and lofty breast pockets elude one's bust line, peering down like epaulettes. These dainty pockets would scantly look right on anyone with a décolletage larger than double-As (I know, I know, TMI).
I usually wear my Carhartt l/s button down shirts as shirt jackets (size Small, in flannel or flannel-lined denim), or as a second layer over tees. The neck size here in a medium (<15") is smaller than that in a Carhartt 100341-small, for example; and both the shoulder width & waist (37") are exactly the same size as the Carhartt 100341-small as I lay them flat on a big table.
Which leaves me looking like a pug in this shirt.
Comparing a Medium to a Small (both WS024):
The shoulders in the medium is only 1cm wider than that in a small, the waist by 3.5". Perhaps this shirt is cut only for tweens or for willowy figures?
One other pet peeve: the grommets are super tight once snapped together. I fear ripping the low thread-count fabric trying to undo these snaps ...docking another star for cheap fabric sourced from India. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. Great!Reviewed by Anonymous from Ohio on Friday, April 4, 2014Carhartt produces great quality and it shows in this shirt. Super cute, fits well, great quality. I'm a size 2 and the XS fits good, still loose but not baggy.

5.0 out of 5 stars. plaid shirtReviewed by Anonymous from Pennsylvania on Monday, March 17, 2014Nice craftsmanship and wears nicely; I bought a large size but usually wear a medium as I have found I need to allow for shrinkage and room for comfort.
