Got it in S, and fits perfectly for me: 36B-26-36. Runs true to size. I could have gone a size smaller if I wanted it to fit tighter, but sticking with S for another purchase.

The CHEST is the smallest part of the shirt, yet there is a huge amount of excess room in the back of the shirt (think maternity shirt -- BACKWARDS). I am rather flat chested, and this shirt is so tight over my chest it is unsightly. Best thing to do is unsnap it down to my waist and either be very racy, or wear a snugly fitted strappy top underneath the Carhartt shirt (I do the second often).
