“Solid, but Carhartt tag badly cut off”

“I usually have no problem with cosmetic 2nds. There might be a blemish here or there. With mine, the blemish was behind the knee, which isn't a heavy wear area so it wasn't a problem. However, on the right back pocket, there was a halo left from someone having cut off the Carhartt logo. It was like they took a razor and cut the inside of the logo off, leaving the outer edge where it is sewn on to the jeans pocket. This effectively made it look like a hollow silver square against the blue jeans background. Luckily for me, the color of the jeans had been treated before the tag had been added, so I just carefully cut the threads off, removing the remainder of the tag. It now looks OK, you can see a slight shadow where the tag used to be but whatever, the price was great. These jeans seem really durable and stiff - if that's what you need, get them.”
