2nds, barely perceptible blemishes. Cut to fit over work boots, Carhartt's Relaxed Fit canvas khaki pants are a sturdy 8.5 oz. canvas with Carhartt's relaxed fit in the seat and thigh.

I received both pairs of pants on time as promised. The lighter color pair is true to size and fit great, the darker color fit great but have 2 dime size discolorations just under the right hand pocket. I plan on wearing these out at the job site so it's not an issue for me. Besides they are advertised as 2nd's

I wonder if the "barely perciptible blemish" might be some excess length. I have another pair of these (extremely comfortable, versatile, office-to-jobsite) pants that fit perfectly. This pair seems about 3/4" longer. No trouble - I can hem that right up. (38 W, 36L)

Slightly lighter weight than jeans and twill work pants make these more comfortable to someone more used to the drier conditions out west than the humid summer and over heated winter interiors back east., These pants are also slightly more utilitarian than dockers and similar inexpensive Khaki pants ( better wear, more room for stooping, kneeling etc) with a convenient pair of tool pockets on the side that work for hand tools, writing tools, notebook or electronic device. Wide range of muted colors completes the basics checklist. The bargain "seconds" pricing at STP completes the deal.

Don't buy these expecting them to be as tough as the all-out original Carhartt dungarees. They don't have a hammer loop, either, but there is a cell phone pocket on the right side. On the other hand, these are a bit more comfortable because of the lighter fabric used. I have bought these before and found that they're good for about a year of being worn on my job (cabinetmaker) two days per week. O

Pretty big. These are not a boot cut pant. They are relaxed fit and the leg diameter stays constant down the length of the pants. I am 6'2 and slim and like the cut on the 34 34

usually about a half size or more-example if you wear a size 32. After a few washes you'll have size 31. More if work outside and wash more often. Carhartt is an excellent wear brand. Tuff durable and tested by my workers for over 10 years. Great product

The pairs I bought did not shrink much: about a quarter-inch at most. They feel a little tighter coming out of the dryer, but seem to stretch close to their original size after a few minutes of wearing and moving around.

I'm not saying you couldn't get them to shrink if you baked 'em to death in a high heat dryer, but (like other Carhartt products) I've washed and dried them with no special care or attention, and shrinking has been absent or negligible.

Mine seemed to "tighten up" a little everywhere, but didn't noticeably shrink.
