Carhartt Ripstop Work Pants (For Men)

I work outside in the heat of the summer months. So these pants are perfect.They're really light weight,yet still carhartt tough! PLUS! they look good too.

You can't beat these pants for working in. they hold up year after year and the leg pockets are great for sticking tools and a note pad in. I work in construction and remodeling and put a beating on my clothes and these outlast my work shirts about 2-1.

I would wear these anywhere, because they look good, and I'm no dandy when it comes to clothes. I wore them on a trip to Mexico and they were just right--lightweight enough, dried fast after washing, stain-resistant. I think they'll be more durable than the cotton work pants I've been wearing and which wear out at the knees to soon. Only one problem--I used the deeper tool on the right leg for my cellphone--and it fell out and was lost. I'm having a seamstress add some velcro closures to those two side tool pockets.

Love these pants. I bought them for local hiking but they look good enough to wear on casual fridays in an office. Double duty, right??? I usually have a "no cotton" policy for hiking and camping because cotton gets wet, heavy, and takes forever to dry. These cotton/nylon pants are quick dry, lightweight, and rugged. They have moved up to #2 on my hiking pants list behind a much more expensive pair of specialized hiking stretch pants. Quality of Carhartt, more rugged than nylon pants without a lot of added weight. Extemely comfortable. I may replace most of my blue jeans with these pants. In fact, I am looking for additional products made out of this 6oz cotton, nylon ripstop blend.

These pants fit well and are great for casual wear or wrok wear, ie doing work around the house, on the boat etc. Usual Carhartt quality.

carhartt always seem to be out front on clothing for working people. Carhartt workmanship and "ripstop" material should be excellent fit. I gave 4 stars until I see how they perform in the hot summer time

Great pair of pants: light, loose fit in thighs and seat, comfortable, good sized pockets and won't shrink. Fit is great, especially if you need to wear a thick work shirt worn inside the pants. No shrinkage, so think your sizing differently if you count on that loss from washing and drying.

This new material is very comfortable, breathable, wind resistant, and durable. Highly recommended.
