Carhartt Sandstone Duck Bib Overalls (For Men)

Would give five stars but the fit is off. Perhaps that's the 2nd! Ordered 34/32 but fit more like 32/34. Maybe even 32/36. Had to get them hemmed. Still a great buy for a tough wearing, warm pair of bibs.

These coveralls look good and feel great, duck flannel lining is real comfortable but not too Hot. Plus these are carhartts so you know they're gonna last

I was looking for a warm and comfortable pair of overalls for weekend chores, these are perfect!

Light field hunting

I tried on a couple pairs of Carhartt overalls locally: the standard unlined, and some quilt-line insulated versions. Both seemed somewhat poorly made, with mediocre materials. The insulated pair seemed almost like snow pants; too puffy and probably too warm for my uses. The unlined ones seemed like they wouldn't do much for warmth. So I tried these duck flannel lined versions from Sierra Trading Post, and I couldn't be happier. The duck cotton is soft yet substantial, and the flannel lining is very nice. I think these will keep me warm (over normal clothes) in my unheated workshop without too much padding. I figure if it gets uber-cold I can put on some long underwear. Build quality seems a notch above the previously mentioned Carhartts. Very pleased.

I will keep buying as long as sierra still has them

These are wonderful for the cold days, carrying alot of tools. I wish I had them last winter.

Classic set of coveralls for getting stuff done. I broke mine in by cleaning the chimney & woodstove on a blustery, wet day. Then I wore the set the next day when the sun shone brightly. They are warm without being hot. The reason for '2nds' status (I assume) was a tiny rip in the fabric on the chest pocket, 1/2" long, which actually made them feel slightly worn in rather than embarrassingly new.
