    With a t shirt and warm long sleeved shirt, this is all I wear during the winter. This vest comes down below the waist and snuggles up around the neck, covering all the important parts. The lining is soft and absorbs moisture. The pockets are strategically placed and plenteous. This is my second one- they've improved it! (First one lasted through 12 Winters of hard work!)
