    I have a carhartt detroit and wanted something a little longer for added warmth. This is perfect. It is bulky, but it is an insulated canvas coat so I expected that! I ordered the large so I have freedom of movement and thats what it is without being overly cumbersome. Like the knit cuffs inside sleeve also!

    We heat with wood and have chickens. This coat is so warm, comfortable, and easy to slip on and zip up (because of the METAL -- yay! -- zipper) that even my teenage daughter puts it on when it's her turn to bring in wood or feed the hens.

    Am very satisfied with this coat. Warm enough to wear in the car. Large enough to wear an insulated sweatshirt under for outdoor work in this area.
