Carhartt Sandstone Vest - Sherpa-Lined (For Women)

Love this vest though it is a little snug. Seems to run a bit small. Overall, the vest is a super buy - attractive, warm, good for work or play. Worth losing a couple of pounds to keep it. Hubby loves it so much, I am looking for one for him!

I love this light blue vest. Yes, this is a "second", but all that it needed was ironed! If you want the collar to lay down, lay it the way you want it, and then STEAM it down with your iron on the high steam setting. Do NOT touch the fleece with the iron! Washes well, wears well, looks good, and as a second, affordable.

This Carhartt vest at STP price is fabulous. I bought the small, I am a petite 4, and there is plenty of room for a bulky sweater underneath. It is warm, durable, yet, in the color pink, feminine.

It is roomy and warm and I use it when working in garden and taking walks on windy/cool days.

I love absolutely everything about this vest except the way it flares out at the hips. The flare is so pronounced and so wide that I'm surprised anyone has liked the fit. It looks ridiculous on me. The fabric, color, and usefulness are so nice that I may try to alter it by changing the seamlines at the hips. Carhartt: I love your stuff but we are not all shaped like tugboats.

Great vest! Super value and could not tell it was a "second". Very durable - great if you are doing outside work, barn chores, etc. Stylish enough to get away with wearing at work on causal Fridays! Love the deep front pockets plus has phone pocket inside too! I'm 5'9" so back length is always an issue but this was perfect! I did try one on at a local store before placing my order and went one size down based on how it fit at the store, otherwise my normal size (XL) would have been very bulky across the upper bust area.

I chose to send this back, as the fleece lining is too bulky and stiff for my taste. The construction is very boxy on top of that, and the whole thing just felt too bulky and uncomfortable to me. I also disliked the blue denim color I chose ~~ way too much gray in the color. Perhaps, with a good deal of washing, it might have softened up. But I ordered a small, my normal size, and it still felt way too big.

The fit is not really flattering. I needed a Medium but they did not have that to exchange to. I returned the large. I really love the color and the price was amazing. I am not sure where else to get the Bright Purple Medium.

Carhartt FINALLY has the sizing correct for women!! This vest is comfortable and warm for the cool New England weather.

Great vest! Very useful for all seasons.
