I ordered down a size like other reviewers said and they fit perfectly. The waist is pretty high, but it's not a big deal and makes the length work for me. These are super warm and comfortable, and didn't shrink too much. I could not be happier with these pants for the price.

Like others have stated these are not going to be your go to pants for a night on the town. They are big and not too flattering. They run a bit large and long. However for farm chores they cannot be beat.

On a gentlewoman's farm, chores have to be done no matter what the weather. In below-freezing temps, these pants keep me warm and protected. I'd rather look a little like the Michelin Man than freeze!

Bought for a friend of mine for an early Christmas Present due to the fact that winter is coming early this year. She says SHE LOVES THEM!!
Are big for size and a bit long..but has washed them and thinks that they may fit better the more they are washed. She said she would buy them again and again regardless for there is much mobility with these kind of pants. FAN HERE!
