No, I would not recommend this to a friend
“I ordered a small (which I do 99% of the time), this was huge for a small. The fabric is a bit stiff but I couldn't tell if it would soften over time. I returned it and did not order the smaller size. I want something that will keep me toasty warm. This did not seem to be it.”
