Carhartt Traditional Work Jacket - Soft Shell (For Men)

Nice jacket. 6ft and 210 Large fit great. I work outside, and wanted a good lite jacket 40ish weather, this jacket will do good.

I purchased this jacket for my son, who is in his last year of Tech school...he needed something he could wear inside or out, and know that it wasn't going to "fail when he needed it most". He and I are both a men's Large, so I ordered this item in an extra large so he could layer underneath it. The jacket fits well, and has already earned its keep for the last few weeks. The prices here were outstanding, with the price I paid being less than half of what I could find anywhere else.

Heavier than a windbreaker, lighter than a traditional Carhartt Duck jacket - this has the awesome quality of Carhartt, the awesome pricing [...] of Sierra Trading Post, and newer styling in a softshell that allows me to walk down city streets saying I appreciate the built bombproof of the label that has updated the styling for a night out at fancier places. Not what I expected when I ordered (the photos dont quite tell the story) but far exceeding my expectations!

This is another great Carhartt product. I will use it in the Ferron Mountains of Utah while hunting and fishing in mid to late October (haven't used it yet) and for casual wear. It looks and fits great (I purchased one size smaller----usually wear an XL, but based upon prior reviews, I went with a Large and it fits perfectly). Keep up the good work STP and Carhartt!

Collar won't lay down, (defective?)...seemed to stand up and get in the way. Maybe that is why it was a *2nd*? Collar pictured as brown...acually black. Jacket material seemed *wimpy*. Overall fit was not snug...rather baggy. It did not seem to be the type of Carhartt quality I am used to. I returned the jacket and exchanged it for the Sorel Cold Mtn Jacket.

Bought one size down , fits great with room for layers . Seems to be good quality and should last well . A very satisfying buy .

Great jacket for cold, windy weather. Tough, durable material. Will use for work this coming fall/winter. Love Carhartt quality & STP prices.

Work a lot outside, I like this jacket because it is light weight but well made
