These are great pants. I previously ordered these in the moss color, and I sized down as most of the reviews suggested, but they ended up being tighter in the waist/rear than I would like, and a little too long, but not such a bad fit that I had to return them. I am a Forestry Research Techncian for the US Forest Service and my pants take a beating. Carhartts are my first choice. I am glad they now have lower waisted options. My only dis-satisfaction is this pair fits quite a bit larger than the last Size 8 I got and you are out of a 6. I will wear them and hope I don't grow into them! LOL

I got the pants for all around work in the yard. They do run a little large. I wear a size 8 in a relaxed jean and could use a size 6 in these. I like them anyway , so they are keepers!

About Carhartt

If you're looking for durable, comfortable clothing and outerwear, few other brands can compete with Carhartt. Although the venerable Carhartt clothing company has become one of the most respected names in American work wear today, the brand comes from humble roots. Founded in 1889, the family-owned business started out in Detroit, Michigan with just two sewing machines and five employees. During The First World War, the company made uniforms for the US military and also manufactured work clothing for the Navy during WWII. Today, Carhartt clothing is still known for robust fabrics, top-notch construction and a great fit. From rugged Carhartt jackets and coveralls to jeans and shirts, this is one brand you can trust to deliver the real deal -- every time.
