Like this as an undershirt, fits good under turtlenecks, sweatshirt, ect. I ordered a size larger but still the sleeves feel to short. Maybe i have long arms??

it's hard to find long enough sleeves for me. the shoulders also fit well and seem true to size. I am a little disappointed with how much extra room I have around the waist. I usually have that problem with men's cuts. It is light weight and yet regulates body temp well.

I love this thermal shirt! It's well-made, warm, comfy, and has thumb holes so you can slide the sleeves down and keep your wrists warm.

I needed a light weight base layer to fit cold mornings and variable work temperatures. This shirt fits the bill nicely. I am almost 5'11" and appreciate the long body and sleeves; I am not constantly tugging to rearrange this shirt. Sturdy Carhartt construction is also nice.

I work outside, and layers are key for maintaining comfort and keeping me dry. This shirt fits perfectly, washes easily, and has the thumbholes which I love. Looks cute, too. This shirt surpasses other shirts that cost twice or more what I paid for this one.

I bought a bunch of different thermal shirts from Sierra and this is only one I am keeping. I bought the black and called to order the rose. The shirt is comfortable. Attractive to wear alone or as underlayer. I like the thumb holes. I have problems with shirt sleeves being too short and the thumb holes gave me a clue that this shirt would have slightly longer arms and it did. Nice shirt.
