When I put them on to wear them, I discovered that they had no belt loops. Rather than irregular, I would call them "highly irregular"

They are fairly loose and are very comfortable. They are lighter and cooler than regular jeans or other Carhartt pants. They also dry quickly when they get wet. The pockets are plenty deep and tough. There is a small loop on the right side that I hook my tape measure on, which keeps my pockets free for other misc. tools. These also look nice enough to wear out to dinner. I have about 15 pairs of these pants...everytime Sierra Trading Post has these on sale, I pick up a few. Zero complaints.

They are OK but not much more than that. Also, they seem rather shapeless after a few hours wearing. I guess I expected a stiffer material like the original Carhartts.

My big boys just love them and wear the daylights out of them! Buy them everytime there's a special deal with coupon from Sierra Trading Post. Can't tell they're anything but the first quality, although the tag says seconds. Someone's joking, they're great!
