Carhartt WorkFlex® Waterproof Coat (For Tall Men)

I'm a tall woman, and as such most rainwear is too tight across the shoulders and too short through the torso. This coat fit the bill though, because it is for tall MEN. I cannot attest to durability yet, as I've only worn it once, but I'm trusting the Carhart label for that.

I bought this coat at a very low price from STP to replace an old ripped Columbia raincoat. Very happy. I'm tall and thin, so went with a Med-Tall size, figuring that Carhartt coats are full cut. Fits very well, maybe even a bit on the snug side. I really like the sleeve design (long with an inner cuff). Waterproofness is excellent. My only long-term concern is durability: will snap fasteners tear off, and will the waterproof layer of fabric delaminate from the liner. But can't complain at the price paid.

I am 6 foot tall, but slender. I usually wear a Large in coats. After weighing the other responses I bought the Medium. It fits great. The first day out of the box we got an early Autumn snow storm. I used the coat to go out and knock heavy, wet snow from my sagging bushes. I stayed dry!

I am 6'2" - 42 chest and 32 waist, this jaacket in MTall is a little roomy but good for layers on a wet / cold work day. well constructed and very much waterproof... but steamy inside

Some of the reviews have commented on this jacket being huge. Take heed. It is huge. Great product. My husband loves the jacket, but both of us could fit in it. My husband is a big guy, so we went ahead and ordered the XXL which is the size he wears. It is more like a 3XL or maybe even a 4XL. We didn't want to order a smaller sizes because we were worried that the jacket might not be big enough. However, not the case. This is a well made quality product. Just order a smaller size.

I wouldn't recommend this product to work in. Not worth the money I paid either.
