    I bought an XS and it fits my 32 waist 32 inseam fine. Nice that the legs are wide enough to put on over boots but they also have snaps at the shin and ankle to make the leg less 'billowy'

    Bought these for overpants for a February raft trip and they look perfect. They are a bit rubbery in feel, so I doubt if they will breath. Should keep the water out. I like the 2 sets of snaps with 2 adjustment on each. this should allow a better seal against boots. Easy on off and would also consider these as my cold weather rain pants. For the price, hard to beat.

    I think these are exactly what those guys on the side of the interstate wear who install tire chains for a living. These are thick, waterproof, and durable, but do not breath. They are sized for layering - I can almost fit both of my legs into each pant leg, even with them buckled to be thin. Unfortunately, this means the pant legs get caught when bicycling unless they are worn with straps.
