This paddle float is a ton easier to put on the paddle verse the blow-up type, but it’s a bit bulky.

This paddle float is reasonably priced, well built and functional. It would be too bulky to take touring, but ideal for lake crossing & day trips.

if you take a piece of something that floats, and you put some fabric on it and a way to attach it to your paddle, you have a paddle float. if i was not lazy, i would simply make one. but i waited a long time for STP on one of their super sales, so i feel OK about spending the money. and it will probably last for 30 years.
