    These boots are well worth the money. I have a bad back and I can not walk great distances but the first time I put these boots on and went walking I found I could go twice the distance. Comfortable right from the beginning--no need to break-in. Easy on and off not like some of the boots I have. They look great too.

    No, I would not recommend this to a friend
    After hiking with these a week, even on cold wet SC evenings, I managed to cool these boots by swapping out the gel filled rubber insoles wth insoles from another brand of boots and an over the counter breathable insole. This should suffice till warmer days of spring but I doubt that I will be able to handle the lack of breathability after that.
