I can't quite figure out if I'm supposed to tie these in the back or the front. I sort of just wish they weren't there. Otherwise, very cute!

The fabric and workmanship feel a bit cheap, tie in back feels dated but I guess it's cute. Sleeves are too long but I won't bother altering. Overall the fit is nice and the green color is beautiful.
