1.0 out of 5 stars. wishful thinkingReviewed by Anonymous from new york on Friday, May 22, 2015sorry, but this did absolutely nothing for me. could be a sizing thing, but there really didn't seem to be any tension on the back, hence no pulling effect, gentle or otherwise, on the shoulders. just an odd garment in my opinion.

2.0 out of 5 stars. Maybe if you have really broad shoulders?Verified Buyer Reviewed by Gwen from Indiana on Tuesday, May 19, 2015I have wanted to try one of these for a while, since I have a habit of slumping at my desk. The arms are indeed shapewear--they compress your upperarms and smooth them out. But that's all--I would need to have at least an extra 6 or 7 inches between my shoulders for these to have any pull.
So, the price was right, and maybe worth a try--but only if you are a taller or more broadly build person than me, I think. -
5.0 out of 5 stars. A Great HelpReviewed by Anonymous from CT on Friday, April 11, 2014My first time with this type of shape wear, I didn't know what to expect but at such a great price took a chance and glad that I did. True to size, it is really is a gentle yet effective reminder to pull back your shoulders, sit up, and also stand straighter. With everyone sitting in front of a computer screen or looking down at a tablet or smart phone ... we are assisting gravity even more so and that is the worst thing ever!!! I read the other day that teens are developing hunched backs from having their heads looking down over their gadgets all the time!!! Crazy! This shape wear should be for Everyone: Unisex. I love it and yes, I am slouching much less and standing like a model; when I wear it ... It's a mind - body thing, as well. Oh, added bonus ;-) it's like a mini shape wear for that upper arm jiggle ... Amazing.
