Verified Buyer Reviewed by Luvbeauty from California on Thursday, June 26, 2014The size chart showed me in between sizes, so I went with the larger size. It is quite snug, except has puffiness at the shoulder seams. It will serve my needs for an undergarment with the scoop neckline.
Verified Buyer Reviewed by Fractals rule! from Nevada on Sunday, June 22, 2014I really wanted this to work because I like the scoop neck and 3/4 sleeve length. I have some pieces of shape wear that do work so have a basis for comparison--Hopefully, I can express this by pointing out the differences.. Let's try this--- it has a shape of it's own. So there were areas where it just abandoned my body and went its own way. It reminded me of the old style girdle vs the modern shapewear that we have all come to love. The modern shapewear fits around your body and hugs it in so that the lines are smoother and you are enclosed in a soft stretchy material that holds your less cooperative parts in. This garment requires that your body fit to it's shape...and where it doesn't,,,,it just doesn't! Bottom line; it seems to be an altogether different concept than say...Spanks or similar shape wear. The idea is more to force your body into another shape altogether--like a girdle or corset does. I guess I was hoping for something like a beefed up leotard--clinging to your body with more "oomph" but still--fitting to your particular shape. This garment refused to fit in the shoulders--no matter how I positioned it. Unbelievably, I couldn't make it cling at the neckline!!! It just wouldn't stay with my body--it wanted to do something else.....Needless to say I returned it and I found the same fault in the other shapes too. That was my experience with this shapewear. That said...however,,,,you shouldn't be afraid to try it! Maybe you'll fit just right in the shape that it's trying to create!!!
