I bought these mainly becaue they are made in USA. Unfortunately I do not like them. The weave/fabric of the sock is very loose, so that there are tiny gaps making them less than ideal for cold weather situations. Also they have little to no elastic, so they fall down your ankles, bunch up in your boots, and are uncomfortable. The only reason I give them 2 stars is that they are made in USA.

Great socks, held up to a couple washings so far. I have found a lot of lint globs, so I'm wondering if they are wearing faster than I hoped. But for the price, I can't complain. Still yet to see how long they hold up. I hate anything binding my feet, and these please me, they are roomy and comfortable. I could see they may be a problem if my shoes were tight fitting, but, like I said, I hate anything tight on my feet. My husband did not care for these socks, he felt they were too thin. But, this is MY review!

They are soft and attractive, fairly warm, but they feel thin and don't offer much cushion.

You get what you pay for I suppose. In hindsight I guess I should have spent the extra money on Smartwool or Thorlo socks. Not of very good quality!

Ran large even after washing. Gave them to a son with bigger feet. Nice sock- would recommend them to a friend but advise them that the sock runs large.

I've babied my older cotton-wool ragg socks (brand unknown) for years hoping to find some acceptable replacements. These socks are perfect! They are warm, thick but not too bulky and aren't tight around the tops. I am blessed with a good sized foot and it has been impossible for me to find ragg-type socks for women in larger sizes. These fit great! I wear them in the winter in my house shoes, chore boots and snow boots, without chafing or pinching. I machine wash in cold then line dry in the laundry room. I don't know if they will shrink, since I don't like to run the risk by putting them into the dryer. I would highly recommend these to anyone who remembers the old fashioned warmth of ragg socks.

Keep my feet warm. I wear them with Birkenstocks in the winter.
