Caterpillar

I have worn Cat boots at work for years. These are not steel toed nor do they have any of the other safety features or padding. All that being said I think they look sharp and are very comfortable... I got very frustrated trying to lace them the way that is shown in the pictures so I don't lace them that way... I put the laces through the D-rings and wrap them all the way around my leg and I don't use the top 2 eyes.

Great boots, fit just as expected. Only issue is that they are quite a bit lighter in color than the pictures. Nonetheless, they are a great deal.

I love these boots. My friend bought them and she usually wears a 1/2 size larger than me, but she ordered an 8, there were no 7.5's for me so I ordered an 8 also. They are roomy but not too big, and I can wear my smartwool socks with them and my feet are cozy and warm. Very comfortable boots.

These are well-made and surprisingly attractive for what one thinks of with "Caterpillar". I like the fit, the heel height, and the ankle support (as a transplanted-to-New England-Californian, I have had 3 sprained, and one broken ankle from falling on winter ice). They also have a nice grippy tread. This is my second pair, and the first is still great. I learned that when a shoe is right for you, to buy more before they stop being made! And at STP prices, it was really easy to do. They are not dress boots, obviously, but if you are wearing jeans, or are the kind of person who might wear Doc Martins with a skirt, they are perfect!

I love these boots. I have a wide foot, and it has only gotten wider since I had kids. It has been years since I have found a boot with enough ankle support and a medium heel (I like to add a couple of inches) that I can wear everyday. They are not for dressy, but as a mom, they are terrific. I wonder if there are just differences from pair to pair. As I said, they are wide enough for me, and I have a pair of Materhorns (from STP) that I only wore once because it took 15 minutes to get EACH one on. They are just sitting. I bought these Caterpillars to replace them. They have the traction and support I need. YAY!!!

First I bought this style from STP in a 10; too big. But by then my size was sold out. I looked all over the Internet; couldn't find my size in my color. Finally, it was restocked at STP and I bought it...only to find the shaft is too narrow for my foot. Yikes! I really wanted this boot! It is on trend and very well made. Oh well, someone else will benefit...This is the bargain that got away.

Was looking for something a bit less clunky. Cute boots if you like the construction look. Heel was was too big. Even with heavy socks, my feet slid around a lot. Had to return them.

7.5 is a bit big for me, but don't have a lot of wide shoe in size 7 here.
